Privacy Policy — Genius Weft Extensions Sourcing

Genius Weft Extensions Sourcing collects inquiry fields you submit through the contact form and product inquiry modal. Typical fields include name, company, work email, phone and the requirement text that may include product form, quantity, destination, optional budget and supplier preference.

How we use inquiry data

We use the information to restate your brief, request factory quotes and reply to you. We do not sell inquiry records as a mailing list. Helper preference fields are merged into the requirement text at submit time when JavaScript is available; they are not stored as separate backend columns on this site.

Retention and access

Inquiry records stay available to the operators handling your request for as long as the sourcing conversation remains open, then follow the retention schedule of the hosting environment. You may ask for a copy or correction of the contact details you sent by using the same work email on a new inquiry message.

Third parties

Named factories receive only the specification scope needed to quote. Hosting, email and form-processing vendors may process technical logs. This policy does not describe every supplier's own privacy practices.

Contact

Questions about this privacy policy can be sent through the contact form. Do not include payment card numbers in the requirement field.
